Rest In Peace Sappy

Fourteen years of unconditional love. How do you say good-bye to that? Saps had a form of Multiple Sclerosis that in the end just robbed her of the ability to get around. The Vet said it was time. You know this shit will happen from the day you pick them up from the kennel. But you do it anyway.

She was the best dog.

I hate September.

Hey Miguel, I'm so sorry about your dog. It is really, really hard but when there is no quality of life, you did the best thing for her. On another note, Kashi is back on campus. Let's hope she gets her act together this semester!

Mike, sorry about Sappy. My midnight is 14 now and I dread that day to come. She was a good dog.

Sorry to hear about your beautiful friend. Your mom and brother told me. We've got four great dogs...all inside/outside. They're part of the family. One's 14 and not doing so well. Just when you think today is the day to put her down, she starts bouncing around like a pup. Suppose she senses the 'bad vibes'? We keep putting off the inevitable. Anyway, your unconditional love statement is absolutely right. It's also what our Heavenly Father wants to give us. Take care.
